Add the property
The address, rooms, meters and the bank account the rent is paid to.
Add the tenant
Enter their details and send an invitation. Tenants can also do without an account.
Generate and sign the lease
A bilingual LV/EN contract from a template, with the terms filled in once. Sign it in the app or on paper. Smart-ID signing is not yet available and will be introduced in a future release.
Invoices go out on their own
The deposit and first rent invoices are issued when the lease starts, then the rent every month. The tenant reports a payment, you confirm it.
